-You don’t have exceptional English reading and writing skills

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
-You have excellent phone manner, with clear and articulate speech
-You naturally have empathy, without it you will not succeed in this role
-You can handle high volumes of calls (100+ per day) and potential ‘rejections’
-You want to learn and master the art of effective communication and sales
-You want the ability to build your own team of appointment setters and become a manager within 12-months

IMPORTANT:

At Dental Empire, we’re a fully performance based digital marketing agency for dentists.

We do 2 things:
-Lead generation for high value cosmetic dental treatments
-Pre qualifying the leads, booking the appointments, and confirming attendance

The goal for our clients is that every $1 they spend, they make $10 in return… it's literally a ‘Money Tap’ for them!

Every Dental practice that works with us should increase their annual revenue by at least $1-million after our fees.

The goal of the performance agency is to take all the headaches away for the dentists so they can just see patients who want to
invest in high value dental treatment, and have the affordability to do so.

Millions of dollars have been invested to build this program, as a result, we have almost eliminated risk for our clients, and have
one of the most competitive offers in the market for dentists to exponentially grow!

Currently operating Australia wide, but in the next quarter, expanding into the US, and into 2026 opening in UK and Canadian markets too… so if you pass 12-months with us, there really is uncapped earning potential!, both locally and internationally!


ROLE & OPPORTUNITY :

What does the role involve:
-Warm leads enquire about a free consultation with the dentist
-Each tea ---------- mber gets around 100 new leads every week
-Plus a database over over 10,000 old leads to be reactivated
-Leads are pre-qualified over the phone, then have their appointments scheduled

Do this for 12-months, land your targets and make upwards of $1,500 USD per month.

If you can prove yourself in this role for 12-months, then moving into year 2 onwards we can train you up to manage your own team within the call centre, unlocking further learnings and even more earning potential!
