We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online retail team with product listing management and general website content updates. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our online store remains accurate, up-to-date, and easy to navigate for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Collection Management
- Create, enrich, and update product listings based on information provided by internal teams and external partners
- Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and well-presented (including images, descriptions, FAQs, usage info, and tags)
- Build and maintain product collections and range tiles for easier customer browsing
- Apply correct tags and categorisation to support filters and search functionality
Content & Website Updates
- Link blog articles and update homepage content as needed
- Action website fixes and updates submitted by Customer Service or other departments
- Ensure website is relevant and up to date according social media calendar. (Optimising brands and products on promotion)
Search & Experience Optimisation
- Monitor and implement search redirects
- Generate and action no-results-found reports
Product Review Tools
- Manage and maintain product groupings in review platforms (e.g. product families in Bazaarvoice)
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with customer service and buying team to ensure product information is update to date and customer demand is met.
