Virtual assistant needed.
I am expanding my affiliate marketing business and I'm looking for a full time virtual assistant for immediate start who can assist me to expand my business.
The role will be varied and tasks will change with growth. You will be working from home, allowing you the freedom to live the lifestyle you choose.
Obviously for this role you will need a computer and internet access.
The ideal candidate would have these qualities:
- Excellent English
- A proactive, can do attitude, someone who is willing to find better ways to do the tasks allocated.
- Reliable (consistently turns up for work when scheduled)
- 1 Year + work experience (Preference will be given to those with experience in the role of virtual assistant in the internet marketing industry).

I can provide training for other things such as SEO, link building and social media marketing but again would prefer someone who has experience in this.
The main tasks you will be responsible for will be:
• Affiliate manager (work to find new affiliate partners and manage the affiliate program - this is the bulk of the work in the initial stages and is largely data entry)
• Research tasks (including keyword research, product research, competition research, etc.)
• Some Content Creation
• Social Media Marketing
• Customer service (Help desk, emails, product refunds, Transcription, etc.)
Ability to install and maintain Wordpress will also be well regarded however this is not an essential requirement of the role.
Skill(s) / Requirements:
-A graduate of any 4-year course
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills; with at least 1 year experience
-Self motivator
-Research skills; web knowledge
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Data entry minimum of 70 words per minute
-Microsoft office
Additional desirable skills:
-Knowledge in doing social media marketing is desirable but not essential.
-Calender and email management
-Helpdesk / Ticket system management
- php web programming/wordpress expert
- 1 year experience working from home
Salary: negotiable.
