We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultant (Part-Time & Casual Labour)
Mandarin-speaking required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and top-performing individual to support a fast-paced, high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant for Part-Time Workers & Casual Labour, you will serve as the vital link between candidates and our recruitment team.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for this role, as you will be engaging with a diverse pool of candidates, including Mandarin-speaking freelancers and workers.

We are committed to nurturing your growth — you’ll be trained to lead your own team of recruitment consultants and eventually play a key role in developing scalable processes as we expand internationally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

(Conduct and Develop)
• Organic and networking strategies to expand our database of candidates
• Conducting Zoom interviews with candidates
• Handling pre-interview processes to prepare candidates for interviews with our recruitment team
• Managing relationships with freelancers before and after their working shifts — offering guidance, gathering feedback, and building loyalty so we become their go-to agency for part-time opportunities
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients are satisfied with our staffing solutions
