Job Title:
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) Workflow Automation Specialist

Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (HighLevel) automation expert to build a lead capture and nurture workflow from scratch within our CRM. The core flow is already mapped out — we need someone who can implement it cleanly, test it thoroughly, and ensure it's fully functional.

You must have hands-on experience building and managing workflows inside HighLevel using Forms, Pipelines, Email/SMS automation, Conditional Logic, and Opportunity tracking.


Scope of Work:
Build a lead capture workflow triggered by form submission (or other common inputs like FB Lead Ads or manual entry)
Apply relevant tags and custom field values
Assign lead to appropriate pipeline and stage
Trigger internal notifications to our team
Start an automated nurture sequence (email + SMS) with delays, logic, and personalization
Set conditions to move unresponsive leads to a “Cold” stage
Ensure all steps are fully tested and functioning in a live environment


Nurture Sequence Includes:
3 emails (content provided)
1-2 SMS follow-ups (content provided)
Delay timers and fallback logic for unresponsive leads


Requirements:
Proven experience building HighLevel workflows
Understanding of tagging, custom fields, triggers, and pipeline management
Experience with basic automation testing
Strong attention to detail (we need everything tested properly before going live)
Fluent in English


Bonus (but not required):
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
Ability to optimize workflows for performance and deliverability
