Virtual Assistant – Roofing Industry

Managing RoofLink CRM:

Entering new leads, updating job stages, uploading documents.

Communicating with insurance companies to fight for fair supplements:

Drafting emails, citing code violations (step flashing, ice/water shield, decking).

Following up on depreciation checks and helping homeowners get final payments released.

Reading Xactimate estimates and identifying missing line items.

Preparing and submitting material orders to ABC Supply or Beacon Building Products.

Assisting salesmen and management with ading items to crm as well as recieptd into job costs.

Assisting with office tasks like sending invoices, setting appointments, and emailing clients.

You Must Have:
Prior experience working with a roofing company or restoration contractor.

Proven ability to supplement insurance claims and communicate with adjusters.

Hands-on knowledge of:

RoofLink CRM or similar

Xactimate (reading scopes)

ABC Supply / Beacon order platforms

High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).

Access to a strong internet connection, computer, and quiet workspace.
