Need help getting direct phone numbers of property owner's (through lexisnexis)

We are a growing real estate investment company in Pennsylvania, United States. We need to search and investigate all records to get phone numbers of each record so we can make them an offer to buy their house.

We need the phone numbers for the record to be accurate, so we must get them through lexisnexis account, however we Do Not have an account, so a requirement will be that you have access to a lexisnexis account.

If the project is a success, we will have a steady amount of work for you!

The type of lexisnexis account that will work for this task is usually an account that you have access to through either a real estate brokerage or an insurance brokerage.

We are looking to pay per record, approximately $.16-$.23 for a completed record, meaning you found all phone numbers for the record. (open to hearing other rates)

We would need approximately 5,000 records completed/week. Compensation figure listed is our best approximation, however if you are able to pull 10,000 records in a week it will certainly be higher.

We already have one person doing this job producing approximately 2,500 records per week and we would like 2 more people to assist in this task.

REMEMBER: AN APPLICANT CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A COMMERCIAL LEXISNEXIS ACCOUNT TO PULL PHONE NUMBERS. (The kind of account commercial brokerages have.)
