Marketing Assistant / Content Creator (Full-Time, PH-Based)

About Us
We are a clear aligner company in Southeast Asia and Australia.

This is a writing-focused execution role — not strategy. You’ll take outlines, transcripts, and reference materials and turn them into polished social media posts, emails, decks, and content.

You’ll also be expected to lightly support design tasks using templates in Canva, format slides, do simple video editing tasks like chopping into reels and organise files.

Everything must be accurate, on-brand, and delivered quickly.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Philippine Time, with a 1-hour lunch break.
We expect fast communication during working hours, consistent updates, and zero task drop-offs.

Responsibilities
- Write weekly email campaigns based on outlines and transcripts
- Write and format daily social media captions across multiple brands
- Create and format Google Slides decks for webinars and internal briefings
- Build landing pages and content hubs (Notion, etc.)
- Update, format, and link all content assets inside Notion
- Make small edits in Canva using branded templates
- Do small edits using easy software for creating video reels/content

You’re a Fit If You:
- Have exceptional English writing skills
- Can write for marketing: concise, persuasive, and on-brand
- Are confident formatting decks, landing pages, and text-based assets
- Can take a brief, Loom, or transcript and produce polished outputs quickly
- Understand content sequencing, story flow, and conversion messaging
- Are extremely detail-oriented and reliable
- Can respond quickly and communicate clearly in Slack and Notion
- Take feedback well and want to grow in a high-performance team

Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience supporting webinar campaigns, lead magnets, or sales funnels
-Have used Notion, Google Drive, Slack, ConvertKit, SwipePages, Figma or Canva
- Have used AI tools
- Have worked with marketing agencies or content teams
