Cold Caller Needed - $3/Hour Guaranteed or $5 Per Appointment

RedRope Solutions is on the lookout for a motivated and fluent English speaker to join our dynamic team as a Cold Caller. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and generating leads.

Important Requirements:

To excel in this position, you need the right experience, mindset, and drive to succeed. To qualify, you must:

- Have outbound telemarketing experience—you know how to engage prospects and spark meaningful conversations.
- Have previous night shift experience—you’re comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
- Believe in your ability to achieve 10+ Qualified TOs daily—you have the confidence, motivation, and drive to exceed expectations.

At $5 per Qualified Appointment, your earnings grow quickly based on your daily output. Whether you complete just 1 Appointment per day or 20, you can significantly increase your hourly income. Here's a breakdown of what Operators can make:

1 Appointment Daily: $25/week = ? (Hourly pay is higher — $120/week)

2 Appointments Daily: $50/week = ? (Hourly pay is higher — $120/week)

3 Appointments Daily: $75/week = ? (Hourly pay is higher — $120/week)

4 Appointments Daily: $100/week = ? (Hourly pay is higher — $120/week)

What You’ll Do:

- Make 300+ Daily Calls: Reach out to small business owners using our verified database of 7 million cell phone numbers.
- Follow a Proven Script: Stick to our script and ask simple questions to set up your Sales Manager for success.
5–7 Minute Calls: You’ll handle the first few minutes of each call, and your Sales Manager takes over to close the deal.

How You’ll Earn:

- $5 Per Qualified Appointment: You earn $5 for every Qualified Appointment you set up.
- $3/Hour Guaranteed: Your time is always valued, with hourly pay tracked through Upwork’s time tracker.
At the end of the week, your earnings are reconciled so you always get the higher amount—your Appointment commissions or hourly pay.

Weekly Payouts:

- Get paid every Monday for your completed Appointments and hourly pay. With weekly payouts, you’ll always see the results of your hard work promptly.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
