Virtual Assistant-Guest Communication Airbnb

Tasks may include
? Guest/Cleaner/Handyman Communication
? Answer questions in a friendly tone
? Escalating scenarios to manager when appropriate
? Misc Tasks such as record keeping, and data analysis and listing edits

Requirements:
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Available on Eastern Time America 2 shift openings available:
§ Day shift: 9am-7pm 6 days/week
§ Night Shift: 7pm-5AM 6 days/week
• Reliable internet speed (remote position)
• Reliable Cell phone internet speed (most of position may be performed via phone)
• Ability to communicate via whatsapp, Openphone
• Ability to download and utilize the app Hospitable and Openphone and respond to guest messages on average w/in 5 minutes
Experience in Customer service with airbnb or other short term Rentals is a plus
