This is not your typical design role.

This is your chance to help shape brands from the ground up — visually and strategically.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design eye-catching assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, websites, blogs, and more
Use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite to create high-quality visuals
Build and schedule email campaigns + flows via Mailchimp or similar tools
Collaborate using Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Gmail
Help implement and optimize marketing automations via Zapier, ManyChat
Support blog publishing with formatting, basic copy edits, and SEO best practices
Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns across client accounts
Communicate with project managers to ensure timely, on-brand execution

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have a sharp eye for elevated design and branding
Understand the connection between visuals and marketing strategy
Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Love working on a team and thrive in a creative, collaborative space
Can self-manage and deliver high-quality work on time
Have experience with e-commerce or service-based brands
Bonus: You're familiar with platforms like WordPress or Shopify

Bonus Points For:
Past agency experience
Light video editing or motion graphics skills
Strong copywriting or blog writing ability
Familiarity with CRMs and social media scheduling tools
