Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're Hiring: Rockstar Virtual Assistant for Real Estate & Short-Term Rental Marketing
Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Born Again Properties & Rentals LLC is looking for a highly motivated and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) to lead the charge in marketing and growing our real estate and short-term rental business.
What You'll Do:
Drive bookings by managing and optimizing listings across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
Build our direct booking website and grow direct traffic
Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging content and promotions
Handle marketing for both short-term and long-term rentals
Generate and cultivate leads for:
New property management clients (realtors, owners)
Mortgage leads
Launch new listings with eye-catching descriptions and SEO-friendly titles
Create email campaigns and automated follow-ups
Set up and track marketing funnels and conversion
What You WON’T Do:
No guest communication or booking management
No cleaner or repair coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy, organized, and self-driven
Strong experience in real estate and/or short-term rental marketing
Excellent writing and design skills
Knows how to drive engagement and direct bookings
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic web design


Bonus Points If You:
Have experience using tools like Hostfully, Buildium, or similar
Have worked with STRs or real estate clients


Can build funnels and landing pages
