Facebook Ads Media Buyer

We’re hiring a full-time Facebook Ads Operator to scale products fast.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Finding winning products

-Sending them to our VA who builds landing pages

- Launching and optimizing Facebook ads

Your goal:
- Drive 200+ orders/day at no more than $3 loss per order

Base Pay:
- $1,000/month (paid weekly)

Performance Bonus:
- You keep the difference between our max loss target ($3/order) and the actual cost per order.

Example:
If you drive 2,000 orders at breakeven (no loss),
- you earn a $6,000 bonus (because $3 × 2,000 = $6,000).

If you drive 1,000 orders at only $1 loss per order,
- you earn a $2,000 bonus (because $2 × 1,000 = $2,000).

The more efficiently you scale, the more you get paid. No limit.

- What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience running Meta ads for dropshipping or DTC brands

Solid understanding of ad angles, testing, and product-market fit

A self-starter who knows when to scale and when to cut

Strong English & communication skills

Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
