JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage various operational tasks across administration, acquisitions, bookkeeping, marketing, and wholesaling. This is a long-term, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Track and ensure timely payment collection, send late notices, and initiate eviction filings when necessary.
• Proactive and persuasive Cold Calling Specialist to spark meaningful conversations, build rapport with potential sellers, and turn opportunities into profitable real estate deals.
• Manage tenant insurance compliance, utility payments, and property tax monitoring.
• Handle all communication with tenants, title companies, counties, cities, and utility providers.
• Screen incoming property leads, coordinate walkthroughs, and support offer preparation and contract execution.
• Act as a transaction coordinator — liaise with title companies, private lenders and manage all closing documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage bookkeeping entries, and perform monthly account reconciliations with bookkeepers.
• Coordinate property marketing across platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, and Craigslist.
• Coordinate and manage third-party resources for marketing and cold-calling activities.
• Support wholesaling operations by coordinating seller leads, walkthroughs, and buyer dispositions.
• Use workflow tools and software to implement efficient systems that improve business operations.
• Maintain up-to-date records post-closing and prepare or update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers to support acquisition and disposition strategies.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in real estate operations or virtual assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with real estate transaction processes, accounting statements.
• Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Buildium, CRMs, task management tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem solver and self-starter.
Work Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week), availability/online during US business hours from 9 am to 5pm cst.
