Who we’re looking for
A badass video editor who’s all about clean, modern, trend-style content. You know how to tell a story, hook people fast, and make any footage look —whether it’s UGC, real estate, explainer vids, e-comm promos, events, etc.

What you’ll be doing

• Editing scroll-stopping content across a mix of styles and formats
• Adding sauce with color grading, speed ramping, transitions, and motion graphics (bonus if you’ve got 3D skills)
• Dialing in audio—clean cuts, smooth levels, the whole package
• Collaborating with the team to make sure every edit nails the brand vibe
• Keeping up with trends and bringing fresh energy to every project
• Managing multiple edits without missing a beat

What you bring

• 3+ years of real editing experience
• Pro in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci, Final Cut—whatever works
• Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for flow
• Inspired by creators like Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, Houston Kold
• Experience with 4K content and social-optimized edits
• Confident with motion graphics and slick transitions
• Bonus points if you can design thumbnails or visuals in Figma
• Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Zoom, Notion
• Detail-obsessed, self-motivated, and thrives working remote
