Position: Remote - Order Processor
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM US EST (GMT - 4/5)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Processor to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with AT&T or Verizon Wireless, possess strong organizational skills, and have a reliable internet connection. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and managing customer inquiries related to their orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the appropriate systems and tools.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entry, including order details and customer information.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective communication regarding the status of their orders.
- Work with other teams to resolve order-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong internet connection to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing, preferably with experience working with AT&T or Verizon.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs and order processing software experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
- Availability to work night shift hours from 9:30 am to 6 pm EST (GMT - 4/5)
- Ability to provide references and pass a background check.

Compensation:
Guaranteed minimum monthly compensation of $700, with the opportunity to earn more during busier times of the year.
