Senior Software Engineer (Go/React)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Software Architect to define and implement a scalable, secure, and reliable architecture.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives by providing technical insights and proposing solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Work closely with the Lead Software Architect on the transition of crucial platform components (database, performance, system monitoring) to the internal team.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of these components to ensure smooth operation and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in performance optimization initiatives and implement solutions to enhance platform stability and scalability.
- Maintain clear communication channels with fellow developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project progress.
- Actively participate in technical discussions and provide valuable insights to contribute to informed decision-making.
- Effectively document technical solutions and design decisions for future reference and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Full-stack software engineering.
- 5+ years of enterprise-level React.js and Go experience.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level value.
- Expertise in cloud-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of database design, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
- Champion of automated testing in a CI/CD environment.
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
- Passion for education and technology's role in transforming lives.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to work in US time zone.
- AWS certification is a plus.
