Are you an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in Property Maintenance? We’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and reliable to lead and manage our growing team.

This is not a property management role—we need someone who has hands-on experience managing property maintenance jobs and renovation projects, both in the field and behind the scenes. If you’ve successfully handled repairs, managed tradespeople, and coordinated with clients on UK/US-based property maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and overseeing property maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Managing a remote team of admin staff and field technicians (multi-trade: handyman, plumbing, electrical, refurb, etc.)
• Coordinating job assignments, timelines, and customer communications
• Confidently handling client calls and ensuring excellent customer service
• Monitoring ongoing projects, anticipating issues, and taking initiative to resolve them
• Working across digital platforms to streamline job tracking, communication, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

? Minimum 2 years of experience managing property maintenance projects (not just property management)
? Experience managing remote teams of admins and field staff
? 2–3 years of handling customer service calls with UK or US clients in the property maintenance sector
? Strong knowledge of handyman, plumbing, electrical, and refurbishment job types
? Educational background or hands-on experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Property Maintenance
? Remote work experience outside the Philippines, managing teams or projects for overseas clients
? Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
? Highly organised, tech-savvy, resourceful, and confident on calls
? Comfortable managing multiple jobs and clients in a fast-paced remote environment

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceM8, Asana, ---------- , or similar job/project management platforms
• Previous experience with UK compliance and health & safety standards related to property works
