We are seeking a creative and versatile individual to fill the role of Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and designing visually stunning graphics to captivate our audience. If you're passionate about storytelling, have an eye for design, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Create high-quality, original content including graphics, videos, reels, animations, and written posts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
-Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
-Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to our brand, and engage with our audience in a timely and authentic manner.
-Analyze performance metrics and insights to measure the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and graphic design.

Requirements:

-Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for brands, preferably in a the real estate/coaching niche.
-Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice and tone.
-Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
-Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
-Video Editing a plus
