JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a rapidly scaling eCommerce brand with one goal: build products people genuinely love—and scale them using high-converting, data-backed creative strategies. With a presence across Facebook, YouTube, Google, and TikTok, we’re constantly testing new ideas, concepts, and angles to stay ahead of the curve. As we grow, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response marketing and knows how to turn a simple idea into a performance-driving ad campaign.

This is not a design or editing role. Your job is to own the thinking and strategy behind our top-performing creatives—from concept to iteration.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be responsible for coming up with ad angles and creative concepts that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and convert at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with our media buyers, copywriters, and video editors to bring your ideas to life—and will be held accountable to creative performance.

Your day-to-day will look like this:

- Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks based on consumer psychology and product benefits

- Break down competitors’ ads, creative trends, and platform best practices to spot white space opportunities

- Write briefs and storyboards that our video editors and copywriters can execute quickly and efficiently

- Collaborate with the creative team to continuously test and iterate new variations (UGC, native, product-focused, testimonial, etc.)

- Review ad performance and creative data to identify what’s working, what’s not, and why—then adjust your strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For:
We don’t need fluff or generic “branding.” We need strategic thinkers who understand why ads convert. You should have:

- Proven experience writing or developing direct response creatives for paid social (especially Meta, YouTube, and/or TikTok)

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, persuasion principles, and digital funnels

- Deep familiarity with ad formats, placements, and top-performing ad types

- An analytical mindset—you know how to look at performance data and extract creative insights

- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to move fast in a lean, performance-first environment
