Virtual Assistant for Etsy Shop Management

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in managing our Etsy shop. The ideal candidate will have experience with Etsy platform management, including handling customer messages, creating and optimizing listings, managing photos, and implementing SEO strategies. If you have an interest in social media management, that would be a great bonus!
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Etsy in a timely and professional manner.
• Create, update, and optimize Etsy listings to ensure they are engaging and accurate.
• Manage and organize product photos, ensuring they meet Etsy’s quality standards.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking on Etsy.
• Responsible for order organization and triaging
• (Optional) Assist with social media content creation and scheduling to promote our Etsy shop.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with experience managing an Etsy shop.
• Familiarity with Etsy’s platform, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to Etsy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
