Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Facebook/Instagram Ads Specialist to create hyper-localized ad campaigns that drive foot traffic, leads, and conversions for local service businesses (e.g., home services, healthcare, retail). The ideal candidate will specialize in geo-targeted strategies, community engagement, and cost-effective ad creatives tailored to neighborhood audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Localized Campaign Strategy: Design ad campaigns targeting specific neighborhoods, cities, or regions using geo-fencing, radius targeting, and local interest keywords.

Creative Development: Produce ads with localized messaging, UGC (user-generated content), and community-centric visuals (e.g., landmarks, local testimonials).

Audience Segmentation: Build custom audiences based on local demographics, behaviors, and competitor analysis using Meta’s Audience Insights.

Community Engagement: Collaborate with local influencers, repost customer check-ins/geotags, and integrate community events into ad narratives.

Performance Optimization: A/B test ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to maximize CTR and conversions for local audiences.

Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs like cost-per-lead, store visits (via location tracking), and ROAS, with insights tailored to local market trends.

Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years managing Meta Ads for local businesses (e.g., contractors, restaurants, clinics) with proven success in driving in-store visits or local leads.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and location-based analytics tools.

Creative Portfolio: Examples of locally targeted ads (e.g., “Serving [City Name] Since 2023!”) with measurable results.

Local SEO Knowledge: Understanding of local keywords, Google Business Profile integration, and review-driven ad strategies.

Communication: Fluent English and ability to adapt tone for regional dialects or cultural nuances.

Preferred Skills
Experience with local UGC campaigns (e.g., customer photo contests, geotagged stories).

Familiarity with service-area businesses (e.g., plumbing, HVAC) and their unique pain points.

Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Local Certification.
