Job Description:
We are a fast-growing real estate investing company seeking a highly motivated and talented Cold Caller/Virtual
Assistant to join our team. If you are reliable, hardworking, and possess exceptional verbal communication skills, we
want you on our team! As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls, converting
prospects into valuable leads and other various related tasks. This position offers unlimited growth and income
potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
*Conduct cold calls to potential leads, effectively overcoming objections, and maintaining a high level of verbal communication skills.
*Achieving weekly lead generation goals
*Obtain the 4 pillars that make up a lead and accurately enter them into Podio
*Perform weekly task management in Podio to ensure efficient lead management.
*Maintain a hyper-focused approach to converting prospects into leads.
*Provide support with other duties and tasks as needed.

Requirements:
*Excellent internet connection and a backup plan in case of connection issues.
*Dedicated workspace with a desktop and with minimal noise and distractions (no rooster noises)
*Noise cancellation headset for clear and uninterrupted communication.
*Available for 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours for the right candidate.
*Flexibility to work from 10 AM EST to 2 PM EST (with a possibility of changing hours to 3PM EST to 7 PM EST if
required).
*Fluent English speaker with little to no accent.
*Ability to follow a script and flow, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
*Experience with smartphone dialer is a plus.
*Proficient in using Podio CRM for lead management.
*Prior cold-calling experience is a must.
*Please provide two short voice recordings: one responding to a prospect's
positive response to a cash offer for their property and another responding to a negative response. (live calls is a plus)
*Familiarity with Google Workspace.
*Experience using Hub staff for time tracking.
*Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
*Ability to provide support with other duties and tasks as needed.
*Willingness to learn and acquire new skills as required.
*Knowledge of how to comp properties on Zillow is a plus.
*Ability to follow directions properly and research or learn how to use new tools or systems through platforms like
YouTube is a plus.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $5 per hour. Plus $50 after every month in the company
Bonuses are paid for each lead resulting in a closing.
