Hiring: Notion Systems & Project Manager (Remote, US Timezone Preferred)

We’re looking for a Notion expert to take full ownership of our internal systems and help keep our creative projects running smoothly. If you’re someone who loves building efficient workflows and turning messy ideas into clear, organized systems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and improve our Notion workspace — build dashboards, databases, templates, and systems that streamline how our team communicates and works.
• Act as a Project Manager — keep creative projects on time, on track, and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal tea ---------- mbers and contractors to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Organize creative assets and feedback inside ---------- , coordinating deliverables with editors and creatives.
• Set up and maintain Zapier automations to eliminate repetitive tasks and boost efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and tea ---------- mbers into our workflows and systems.
• Act as a second brain to the founder — turning notes, ideas, and half-formed processes into structured workflows and repeatable systems.

Must-Haves
• Advanced experience in Notion — you’re confident building and managing systems, databases, automations, templates, and permission structures.
• Experience managing creative or remote projects
• Familiarity with ---------- , Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Highly organized with excellent written communication
• Comfortable taking ownership and improving systems proactively
• Based in or available to work during US time zones
