Hi! I’m looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to support my personal brand and growing online business focused on career coaching, AI-powered tools, and content creation. You’ll help me repurpose my daily LinkedIn content, manage email newsletters, track performance, and assist with light admin and project tasks.

I run a daily “90 Days, 90 Tips” series on LinkedIn and I’m building a digital career platform that includes an AI career affirmation app (Careerra), downloadable resources, and coaching programs. I work full-time, so I need someone who’s organized, takes initiative, and can help manage my growing content and systems.

???? Your Main Responsibilities:
Repurpose daily LinkedIn posts into:
Instagram carousels using Canva
Short blog posts and quote graphics
Weekly email digest content
Format and schedule emails using Flodesk or ConvertKit
Organize content into Google Sheets or Notion by theme and performance
Track metrics like post engagement, email clicks, and opens
Upload affirmations into app content tracker or database
Light admin tasks (sending follow-up emails, organizing digital files, checking for updates)
???? Ideal Skills & Tools:
Canva (you’ll create branded carousels and graphics)

Email platforms (Flodesk, ConvertKit, or Mailchimp)
Google Sheets / Docs
Notion, Trello, or Airtable
Strong English writing and communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn (bonus!)
? Work Hours:
Flexible schedule, but I expect 1–2 check-ins per week via Slack or Loom
Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start
Long-term opportunity with potential to grow to 20–30 hours per week
