We’re looking for a Google Ads media buyer who can launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns — and occasionally help with cold outreach through
If you’re someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and knows how to drive results through ads, this could be a long-term opportunity with growth potential.
Bonus if you have experience using Go High Level (GHL) for client CRM, automations, or lead follow-ups.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and manage Google Ads search campaigns (mostly B2B lead generation)
Write high-converting ad copy & manage tight keyword groupings
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL
Use conversion tracking and data analysis to improve results
Collaborate on landing page improvements
Assist with cold outreach or CRM tasks when ad workload is low
Requirements:
2+ years experience with Google Ads (Search Campaigns)
Experience with lead generation and/or B2B campaigns
Ability to write persuasive, benefit-driven ad copy
Comfortable working with small to mid-size ad budgets ($20–$100/day)
Fluent in English and comfortable communicating via Slack & Loom
Highly organized, independent, and proactive
Go High Level experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Perks:
Monthly pay: $600–$900 USD, depending on experience
Fully remote position with flexible hours
