JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-driven Business Development who’s more than just a closer. The ideal candidate will not only manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—but also understand and leverage the latest outbound sales tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM tech to drive performance at scale.

You’ll be working closely with our U.S. team to acquire new retail customers, particularly larger pet retail chains, wholesale buyers, and distributors in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage full-cycle B2B sales operations, from prospecting to deal closure
* Generate leads and close deals through LinkedIn, Faire.com, email, trade shows, and strategic outreach
* Collaborate daily with the U.S. sales and marketing team to align outreach and growth strategies
* Understand and promote our core pet product line to international buyers
* Leverage sales and outbound marketing tech to build outreach campaigns and drive engagement
* Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility, follow-ups, and performance tracking
* Analyze outreach metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
* Stay up to date with the latest in outbound sales techniques and B2B sales trends

Requirements
* 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (pet industry preferred)
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and manage long-term accounts
* Familiarity with U.S.-based retail and distribution networks is a plus
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and outbound automation platforms
* Strategic thinker with a passion for sales growth and process optimization
