Senior Full Stack App Developer

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack App Developer with robust product management skills to drive our mobile application initiatives. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of app development, from initial planning and design through implementation and deployment. Your role will include architecting both backend systems and frontend interfaces, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with product goals. Experience with cross-platform development frameworks and a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full development lifecycle of mobile applications, from planning and architecture to implementation and deployment.
- Architect scalable, reliable backend systems and build responsive, intuitive frontend interfaces.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and other engineering resources.
- Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness through proactive monitoring and refinement.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack mobile application development.
- Strong backend development skills using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Expertise in frontend technologies, particularly React Native, Flutter, or Swift.
- Proven experience in product management, including roadmap planning and feature scoping.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
