IMPORTANT UPDATE: Following a strategic review of our business needs at Makarios Beke Properties Group Ltd (MBPG LTD), we have significantly enhanced this position from our previous posting. As our property portfolio and operations continue to expand, we've identified additional key responsibilities that will make this role even more integral to our success. To reflect the increased scope and importance of this position, we have substantially revised the compensation package upward.
This role now represents a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our growing property management company, working directly with our Director while managing crucial aspects of our business operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future as we scale our HMO property portfolio in London and beyond.
Virtual Executive Assistant & Property Operations Specialist MBPG LTD – London
Compensation: • $395 USD per month • Payment made monthly via agreed payment platform • Opportunity for compensation review upon successful completion of probation
Working Hours: • 30 hours per week • Schedule to be aligned with UK business hours (flexibility will be discussed) • Some flexibility available to accommodate time zone differences

Key Responsibilities: • Executive Support
· Managing Director's inbox and calendar
· Coordinating meetings and appointments
· Handling communication with key stakeholders
• Property Administration
· Supporting HMO property management operations
· Utilizing Arthur property management software
· Assisting with tenant inquiries and documentation
· Maintaining property management records
• Social Media Management
· Creating and scheduling content across platforms
· Managing company's social presence
· Engaging with audience and monitoring metrics
· Supporting both property business and Director's personal brand
Desirable skills and possible additional responsibilities:
Video Content & Communication: • Experience in social media video editing and content creation
· Ability to create engaging video content
· Knowledge of video editing software
· Understanding of social media video trends
· Experience with video optimization for different platforms
Client Communication: • Willingness to engage in client calls when required
· Professional phone manner
· Clear English communication skills
· Ability to handle client inquiries with confidence
· Comfortable with UK/international calls
· Experience in customer service (preferred)
Ideal Candidate: • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong digital literacy and social media expertise • Property management experience (preferred) • Professional communication skills • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
