Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and refinement of a 12-month strategic business plan.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including ROI and cash flow forecasts.
• Provide administrative and research support on new development opportunities.
• Manage and update financial documents in line with UK accounting practices.

• Track KPIs and OKRs, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership to provide insights and suggestions.

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting UK companies, with strong understanding of UK VAT, tax, and financial processes.
• Experience working with financial analysts is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in financial tools and software, including Excel (advanced) and cloud-based accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-manage workload.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Notion, ClickUp, Trello) and Google Workspace.

Preferred but Not Essential:
• Experience preparing documents for UK lenders or funding applications.
• Familiarity with UK planning and development terminology.

What We Offer:
• A long-term role with growth potential in a supportive, innovative team.
• Exposure to exciting UK property projects and business strategy.

• A company culture that values trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
