Product Listing Specialist – Shopify Clothing Store (DACH Market, Native German)

We’re a fast-growing Swiss fashion dropshipping brand, and we’re building a storefront that reflects quality, clarity, and performance. That means we need someone who’s done this before – ideally in a German-speaking Shopify store, and who knows what it takes to make product pages convert.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

?? Importing 10 products + 5 collections per day into our Shopify store
?? Creating and organizing collections for easy navigation
?? Writing clean, persuasive product copy in German
?? Translating English listings accurately (not Google Translate-level)
?? Optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and variants
?? Applying correct pricing structures based on internal guidelines
?? Maintaining store quality – clean formatting, mobile optimization, consistency

Who You Are

? You have experience with Shopify product & collection imports
? You’ve worked with European or German Shopify stores (ideally DACH-focused)
? You’re fluent in written German and can translate from English easily
? You write copy that is clear, natural and psychologically effective
? You understand how to create listings that build trust and drive action
? You love structure, clarity, and clean execution – you don’t leave things half-done
? You’re fast, detail-obsessed, and can deliver daily results
