Customer Support & Refund Specialist for EU Fashion Dropshipping Store
We are a fast-growing fashion dropshipping store operating in the EU market, specifically France and Belgium. We're looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Support & Refund Specialist who can help us provide excellent service to our customers and efficiently handle backend operations related to refunds and disputes.
Important: Experience with EU dropshipping is a MUST. Please do not apply if you don’t meet this requirement.
Responsibilities include:
~ Handling around 50 customer
~ Replying to French-speaking customers using translation tools (you don’t need to speak French)
~ Processing refunds directly through Shopify
~ Logging every refund in a shared Google Sheet (template provided)
~ Identifying products with high return or complaint rates and reporting them clearly
~ Resolving disputes and chargebacks via Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Airwallex
~ Managing PayPal disputes with proper documentation and clear communication
~ Using the Shopify backend to look up orders, process refunds, track shipments, and update order statuses
Requirements:
~ Proven experience with EU-based dropshipping operations
~ Strong knowledge of the Shopify backend
~ Experience with Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, and customer support tools like Zendesk (or similar)
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
~ Highly organized and detail-oriented
~ Able to work independently and follow SOPs
~ Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset

Work Schedule & Salary:
~ Approximately 3 hours per day
~ Around 7 days per week
~ $250 per month, paid weekly
