JOB OVERVIEW

**About the Role**

I am a solo blogger with a portfolio of content websites in the travel and parenting/lifestyle niches.

I currently work with a small team of casual writers and a part-time VA that uploads content on WordPress. I now require a new virtual tea ---------- mber to manage Pinterest accounts across my portfolio and potentially further social media channels.

The ideal candidate must have time upfront in the next month to help set up new templates and pinning management systems, this should then settle down to regular part time weekly Pinterest management tasks.

Payment will be made by the hour with weekly timesheets required, payment is made via Wise. Expected salary range is $6-$8/hr depending on experience.

There is no limitation on what time of day/week the work needs to be undertaken but you must communicate daily/weekly progress and keep on top of your workload. My time zone is GMT+4.

Having access to your own computer with good internet is a must. Access to appropriate online programs and any paid tools will be provided.

**Skills Required**

The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in using Canva and be able to create their own templates as well as edit and expand on existing templates. A brilliant eye for detail in graphic design is a must! Printable products may also need to be designed/edited.

Past experience working as a Pinterest Manager with examples of previous work in the industry is a must as once you are briefed and trained, you will be expected to work autonomously.

You must be a good communicator and highly proficient in written English.

Understand the concepts of Pinterest keyword research; familiarity with using the research tool Pin Clicks is a plus (though training can be given), as well as using Pinterest trends to prioritise topics every month and create scheduling plans.

Proficiency at using Microsoft products for record management, including Excel spreadsheets and OneDrive, as well as Teamwork for task management.

Proficiency at using scheduling tools such as Tailwind and Pin Generator (though most accounts we are likely to shift to using manual scheduling).

This role would best suit a self-starter who is proactive in managing their own workload and appropriately allocating time to finish all tasks in a reasonable timeframe.

Be confident and willing to speak up when needed; don’t be shy to come up with new ideas and suggest improvements to systems.

**If you would like to apply for this role**
• Please send through your CV or link to an online profile that shows you have the necessary skills and past references supporting your experience with the Pinterest platform. Feel free to explain in detail your suitability for the role.
• Provide evidence of your graphic design skills with a link to your past work/portfolio.
• If you are skilled in other areas of blogging and online marketing (such as managing WordPress websites, scheduling on Facebook, Instagram graphics/Reels, managing mailing lists, creating digital products), please state this as the role may be expanded in the future to cover further blog management tasks.
• Shortlisted candidates will need to be willing to partake in a short online interview before a final selection is made. Interactions after this point can be via email/WhatsApp or Teamwork if video is not preferred.
• You must have availability of 20+ hours a week initially over April/May 2025 as we set up new processes and templates; thereafter, weekly hours are negotiable, but I envisage 10-15 hours.

Please note that due to the expected number of applications, I may not be able to personally respond to everyone. If you have not heard fro ---------- by the end of this week (18 April), assume I have moved forward with another candidate.
