JOB OVERVIEW

Are you fast to learn, detail-oriented, and love connecting with people?

I’m looking for someone with a great attitude, strong written communication skills, and a willingness to be coached and grow in a long-term role.

You’ll play an important part in helping experienced professionals discover how they can move up to senior executive roles through my coaching program. No cold calling or hard selling. Your job is to start meaningful conversations on LinkedIn, listen well, and guide the right people to a booked call.


What You’ll Do:
• Reach out and connect with professionals on LinkedIn
• Start warm, friendly conversations through direct messages
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand their goals
• Give value —and invite them to a discovery call



Who This Role Is For:
• You love people and enjoy helping others succeed
• You’re organized, careful with details, and take pride in your work
• You’re a quick learner—once you’re shown how to do something, you run with it
• You’re comfortable writing messages in clear, natural English (not robotic or spammy)
• You’re open to feedback and want to get better every day

No prior experience in lead generation? No problem.
If you’ve worked in customer service, client support, virtual assistance, or similar roles and know how to follow a structure and keep track of conversations, this could be a great fit.
