Job Description:

Are you a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant with a passion for the digital world? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and provide essential support across various aspects of our videography businesses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:


Email
Automation: Set up and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
Electronic Contract Signing: Manage and streamline the contract signing process using digital platforms.
Landing Page Creation: Design and implement effective landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Website Updates: Maintain and update website content as needed (WordPress experience preferred).
Proposal Writing: Assist in creating compelling and professional proposals for potential clients.
Flyer/Brochure Updates: Update and maintain marketing materials.

Email
Management: Efficiently manage and respond to client enquiries.
Video Shoot Research: Conduct thorough research for upcoming video shoots, including location scouting and subject information.
YouTube Management: Upload videos, create engaging thumbnails and write compelling descriptions.
Client Communication: Send out and manage client questionnaires before shoots.
Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Data Entry and Organisation: Maintain accurate records and organise digital files.
Social Media Support: Assist with scheduling posts and engaging with our online audience.
Basic Video Editing Assistance: Simple edits, or creating clips for social media.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Managing client information and communication within a CRM system.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, website management (WordPress), and social media.
Familiarity with digital contract signing platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools a plus.
Experience with basic video editing a plus.
