Hiring: Appointment Setter – Join Our High-Energy Sales Team!

Who We Are:
Fierce Life Inc is a results-driven company, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! Your role is crucial in generating qualified leads and booking high-value appointments for our company owner.

What You’ll Do:
Engage with prospects through Facebook and Instagram ----------
Track and document contacts made and follow-up status
Qualify leads using a script and pre-determined questions
Communicate professionally while making real human connections
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Secure appointments and provide necessary links/documents to potential clients

You’ll be provided with a script, but we expect natural, caring conversations that make our prospects feel heard!

Work Schedule:
Monday – Sunday
Mon-Fri: 11 AM – 4 PM & 8 PM EST – Midnight (PH Time)
Sat & Sun: 8 AM – 8 PM EST (Flexible shifts available)

Compensation & Benefits:
Full-Time Base Salary: $400 – $500/month (30-40 hrs/wk)
Part-Time Base Salary: $250/month (10-25 hrs/wk)
Internship Commission: $2 per signed appointment
Post-Internship Commission: $4 – $5 per signed appointment

Goal: We’re hiring 20 reps to join our team!

Who We’re Looking For:
Strong written English skills
Experience with social media outreach (FB & IG DMs)
Highly organized and goal-driven
Sales or appointment setting experience (preferred but not required)
Internet-savvy with a reliable connection
