Job Responsibilities
* Opens client accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains client accounts by updating account information.
* Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
* Attracts potential client by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services.
* Recommends potential services to management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.
* Resolves service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Responds to difficult customer situations and work with the appropriate channel to determine resolution
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Computer and web proficient.
* Fast learner with excellent English communication skills.
* Willing to work in Pasig City
