We have coached more than 3000 Financial Advisors and have more than 7 years under our belt in doing so.

Our clients are mainly in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong and we are on track to reaching out to more of them as we speak.

As an Appointment Setter (Client Outreach Specialist) at Authentic Advisory Systems, you’ll be more than just the first point of contact – you’ll be the strategic bridge between prospective clients and our sales team.

Your role isn’t just about booking meetings — it’s about having meaningful conversations, assessing prospective clients’ needs, and setting the stage for high-impact sales opportunities. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping first impressions, building trust, and ensuring that every lead is aligned with what we offer.

As a Client Outreach Specialist, you are the first impression of Authentic Advisory Systems. You set the tone for every prospective client interaction, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and understood. Every conversation you have is an opportunity to build trust, qualify the right prospects, and create a seamless transition to the sales team.

You will reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs, qualifying them and demonstrating how Authentic Advisory Systems can help them achieve their goals. You will also be following up with them periodically and ensuring a high show-up rate with the sales team.

This is more than just making calls or texting a lead; it’s about providing value and creating genuine conversations. This is a relational role, not transactional - we will empower and give you the tools and training to turn every prospective client interaction into a positive one!

You’ll also be empowered to leverage your skills and creativity to showcase our unique value and drive growth.

We will train someone from scratch who has the right traits and character for the role. Whether you have a diploma, degree or just basic certifications, it doesn’t matter.

A decent base and a vast compensation structure will get you up to SGD $72,000+ each year.

- Base salary: $1,500 SGD/month
