Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing matters
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal paperwork
Maintain and manage records using CRM systems and Office tools
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
at least 5 years of experience in conveyancing and legal drafting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
College or associate degree holder
Minimum 1 year of remote work experience
Stable internet connection and reliable PC/laptop
Ability to work full-time, aligned with Sydney business hours
