Invoice Checker / Data-Entry for Dropshipping Brand

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing Dropshipping Branded store committed to providing exceptional products and service to our customers. As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Invoice checker/Data Entry to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to evolve into a Finance Manager role based on performance. We are doing over 1 million a month in revenue so we are looking for a highly ambitious Person dedicated to his/her job.

Position:
Invoice Checker/Data Entry

Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Fill in our profit sheet on a daily basis
- Double checking the profit sheet on a daily and weekly basis to correct mistakes/changes
- Monitoring our product cost of goods
- Daily invoice checking to see if the invoices from our supplier is actually correct according to the cost of goods
- Identify products that have a high cost of goods and negotiate with supplier to achieve better costs
- Always try to maintain below 33% cost of good percentage based on revenue and identify why it goes above 33% and how we can lower it.


Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a data entry
- Must have at least 1 year experience with dropshipping stores
- Must have worked in a similar position before
- Has very strong analytical skills
- Is very proficient with Google Sheets
- Speaks English Fluently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify
