JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to call leads, complete intake forms, and provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads to collect key information

Fill out and update intake forms accurately

Manage emails, scheduling, and digital file organization

Assist with basic admin tasks and team support

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable making outbound calls

Experience with admin work and CRM tools a plus

Self-motivated and able to work independently
