Field Sales Representative (B2C) - Lighters industry

Job Description
We are seeking energetic and proactive Field Sales Representatives to join our team in promoting and distributing our lighters across local markets. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with shop owners and end-users.
Responsibilities
• Visit convenience stores, sari-sari stores, and small retailers daily.
• Introduce and sell lighter products, take orders and follow up with deliveries.
• Promote trial usage and gather real-time market feedback.
• Monitor pricing, display, and competitor products in the area.
• Build a loyal customer base and establish weekly sales routes.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of field sales or retail sales experience.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local market areas is a plus.
• Motorcycle preferred for ease of travel.
• Honest, responsible, and goal-oriented.
