Virtual Financial Assistant – Specializing in Business Valuation

Overview
I am seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented virtual assistant with a strong background in finance—specifically business valuation. This role is remote and ideal for someone with advanced financial modeling capabilities and a deep understanding of valuation methodologies. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive business valuations utilizing multiple methodologies, including:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis
- Comparable company analysis
- Precedent transaction analysis
- Additional valuation techniques, as necessary
- Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel or other modeling tools
- Conduct financial forecasting for periods ranging from 3 to 5 years
- Analyze and interpret all three core financial statements:
1. Income Statement
2. Balance Sheet
3. Cash Flow Statement
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's financial strategy to align with business goals
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Lead the preparation of **short- and long-term operational forecasts
- (If applicable) Manage and mentor junior finance tea ---------- mbers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business valuation and financial modeling
- Ability to clearly present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working with startups or growth-stage companies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills (written and verbal)
