We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our two Canadian businesses:

1. ----------
A SAAS platform that helps service-based contractors (roofers, carpenters, window installers, etc.) manage their quoting, scheduling, and job tracking.

2. Advance Building Supplies
A building materials supplier specializing in unique products like eavestrough machines and zip hinges. We sell to both contractors and homeowners across Canada.

Your Role:
Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Design engaging posts using tools like Canva

Write effective ad copy tailored to contractors and homeowners

Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) with a focus on lead generation and sales

Monitor performance and report key metrics (clicks, leads, conversions)

Research industry trends and competitor content to keep our brands competitive

Collaborate with the owner (you’ll be working directly with us!)

Requirements:
Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Strong English writing skills (ad copy and captions)

Graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Experience managing social media for product or SAAS businesses

Knowledge of the home construction/contracting industry is a bonus

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Available for regular check-ins (over chat or video)

Nice to Have:
Experience using Notion, Trello, or ClickUp for content planning

Familiarity with TikTok/Reels content for product demonstrations

Basic video editing (CapCut or similar tools)
