Operations Assistant

We're Hiring: Full-Time Operations Assistant (Remote)
Glomisk is looking for a fast, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Shopify who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced ecommerce business.


Key Responsibilities
Product Research (Main Focus):

Use pre-approved tools and platforms to find high-potential products.

Fill out detailed spreadsheets with product data, following clear, step-by-step training.

Shopify Product Page Creation (Main Focus):

Build and optimize high-converting product pages on Shopify.

Must be fast and accurate in page setup, formatting, and image management.



Operational Support:

Assist operational managers with day-to-day admin and task tracking.

Coordinate with manufacturers regarding sourcing, order management, and issues.

Input and analyze data to improve workflow and performance.



What We're Looking For
Proven experience working in Shopify, especially building and formatting product pages.

Ability to move quickly and maintain high accuracy.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Confident with Google Sheets / Excel for data input and research tracking.

Willingness to learn and follow systems (you’ll receive full training and support).

Previous experience in ecommerce or operations is a plus.



Compensation & Details
$8 - $10 USD/hour (based on experience and speed)

Full-time | 9am – 6pm PHT
