We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Operations and marketing Assistant to manage our CRM system and social media platforms. This is not an entry-level role—we need someone with experience, initiative, and exceptional English communication skills who can seamlessly integrate into our team and help drive our systems and marketing forward.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
• Manage and organize client data within our CRM
• Set up automations, tags, follow-ups, and pipelines
• Track lead activity, support
• Generate reports and suggest optimizations to improve lead flow
Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram,
• Coordinate media (images, video clips, templates) and repurpose content
• Monitor engagement, reply to DMs/comments, and track basic analytics
• Support creation of branded content using tools like Canva
General Admin Support
• Assist with
• Conduct light research or data entry tasks as needed
• Help coordinate team calendars and project timelines
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• High level of written and spoken English — this is essential
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack
Working Hours & Pay
• Part-time with flexible scheduling
• Availability for check-ins during Arizona hours is preferred
• Paid biweekly based on tracked hours
