Virtual Assistant for a Painting company (Part-Time, Long-Term) 5-10 hours a week

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Pay: $4–6/hr USD (based on experience)
Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time availability during business hours (flexible part-time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Virtual Assistant to help with incoming lead management, scheduling, and admin tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers — answering calls and scheduling estimates in a way that keeps our routes tight and efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from unsaved numbers (no voicemail or menu system — live, friendly voice only)
• Gather and record client details (name, location, type of work, how they heard about us, etc.)
• Enter leads into our Lead Tracker (Google Sheets)
• Coordinate estimate appointments using Google Calendar, organized by area (to avoid backtracking)
• Send confirmation texts to new leads if needed
• Update and organize the lead tracker weekly
• Keep communication short, polite, and professional
• Respect client handoff: after scheduling the estimate, all further communication goes through Matt
• Assist with light marketing tasks if needed (e.g. simple follow-ups, posting to directories)

• Google Calendar
• Google Sheets
• Google Voice or OpenPhone (we’ll set this up — no personal number needed)
• WhatsApp or email for internal communication

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred)
• Must be friendly, organized, and dependable
• Must have stable internet and a quiet place to take calls
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Call center or VA experience preferred, but not required
