Instagram & Social Media Manager Need For UK Mushroom Coffee Ecommerce Brand

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take charge of our online presence on Facebook & Instagram.

Who We Are:
We're UK-based e-commerce brand on a mission to help people feel and perform their best with our mushroom coffee. We're growing fast and are looking for somebody to help take over the management of our social media accounts.

The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and scheduling engaging content—images, videos, Reels, Stories, and more
- Developing and managing a consistent content calendar
- Writing sharp, on-brand captions and copy
- Collaborating with our team for product launches, promotions, and campaign ideas
- Tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategy based on analytics
- Adding stories, retagging and creating and adding to highlight reels.

Optional depending on skills & experience:
- Influencer outreach and collaborations
- Requesting UGC content and forming partnership
- Engaging with other accounts to grow our audience
- Staying on top of trends, sounds, ---------- s, and platform updates

Requirements:
- 2 +years of experience in social media marketing (ecommerce/retail is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of Instagram best practices (visuals, hashtags, engagement tactics, etc.)
- Hands-on content creation skills (bonus if you can shoot/edit short-form video)
- Confident copywriting and storytelling ability
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Capcut or similar
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for trends and insights
- Self-starter with a get-things-done attitude
