Social Media Manager Needed

I'm looking for a social media manager to join my team. We are an Educational Technology startup. You can check out our website at ---------- .

Disclaimer: The budget is super small. I'm looking for someone who meets the following:

- VERY creative
- Is a MASTER at posting GREAT content on facebook, instagram, tiktok, etc.
- Can LEAD social media strategy for the team and business. I do not micromanage. YOU tell me what will work. As long as I see results, we'll have a great partnership and work relationship. You will own this position with collaboration with the rest of the team (which is very small at the ---------- nt).
- You don't mind a small pay at the beginning. I don't care if you have other clients. In fact, every person on the team including myself as other paid work that we do. If you help the business grow quickly and make sales, your pay will also grow. If the business makes money, so will you.
- You LOVE social media (repeat the second bullet point above). I can wake up in the morning, see your post, and be like "damn, this person I hired is fricken amazing".

Bonus Advantage: You have experience working in education.
