Youtube Reels/Tiktok Account Manager

We're looking for a results-driven YouTube Shorts and TikTok Manager to take full ownership of growing our presence on both platforms. Your primary focus will be channel growth, not content creation.

Requirements:
-Proven track record growing YouTube Shorts and TikTok accounts — show us your 2-week growth examples
-Must have experience targeting US and EU audiences
-Experience monetizing channels and identifying additional revenue streams (brand deals, affiliate, etc.)
-It would be a plus to link Youtube Channels or Tiktok Accounts you helped grow
-Type Spotted in your Application title so I know you read the whole thing

This is a growth-only role — your mission is to increase reach, subscribers/followers, and engagement
